Lead internal audit engagements across exchange houses, fintech and DNFBPs. Risk-based audit background — Big 4 or top-tier preferred.
Buy-side and sell-side DD, business valuations and deal advisory. M&A advisory or Big 4 transaction services background.
Run client accounting engagements end-to-end — bookkeeping, payroll, IFRS financial statements. Xero/Zoho experience valued.
